What Does It Mean When You Dream About Your Crush?
On average every one of us dreams seven times per night. We might not even realise it, but that doesn’t make it any less true. All too often people don’t realise this and claim to never dream, not realising how statistically unlikely that actually is. Since you’re reading this, I think it’s safe to say however that you’re not one of those people. I’m going to take a shot and say that you remember your dreams quite a lot, perhaps most nights, and I’m going to take another shot and say that a lot of them feature a certain, very special, someone.
But what does it mean when your crush keeps popping up in your dreams? Why is it that he just can’t contain himself to real life, why is he flaunting himself in your dreams too? Here’s your answer…
The Why
‘The why’ in ‘why is your crush dream stalking you?’ is simple – you’re thinking about him in your waking hours and unable to forget about him when you switch off for the night. When we sleep our subconscious gets free reign and in that time it paints us pictures using the people, objects, places and scenarios we’ve been thinking of when we were awake.
There’s not much else to the why, like I said, it’s simple. You’re focussing on him while you’re awake and your subconscious is simply playing on that fact and creating a dream from it.
What It Means
Depending on your beliefs and whether or not you’re superstitious, dreams can either mean nothing or they can mean everything. They can hide clues to the future or your deepest desires or they can simply be nothing more than your mind playing a trick on you. If you don’t believe dreams hold clues to our futures or insights into our souls then I suggest you skip over this section, it may not be for you.
Here’s a few common dreams that may include your crush and what they are commonly interpreted to mean…
To dream you are kissing your crush symbolizes love, affectation and harmony. Your mind is expressing your waking desire to be close to this person and form some sort of attachment, in this case a relationship.
Don’t panic if you and your crush were arguing in a dream. This doesn’t mean you aren’t compatible as a couple. Arguing in a dream can symbolize tension and that you are trying to resolve an internal conflict. In this case, it’s likely your mind trying to tell you how frustrated it is that your crush is nothing more than a crush. It could show that your mind is ready for the two of you to become more than friends.
If you receive a love note or letter in your dream means that there could be a new relationship ahead of you. It also however symbolizes that you are insecure about something and need reassurance about your feelings or relationship. My advice in this situation is to be hopeful but beware, don’t let your insecurities get the better of you.
What To Do About It
On a whole, dreaming of your crush shows that you have an unresolved issue with him in real life, namely that he’s only your crush and not your boyfriend. You need to take action in the real world by attempting to get closer to him to see if a relationship is on the cards or not. Either way, your dreams about him are likely to grow fewer, if not stop altogether, as you start to live out your fantasy of speaking to him in everyday life. Chances are, you’ll be happier for it too. Instead of waking up feeling slightly hollow every morning seeing as your dream was only a dream, you’ll end each day feeling fulfilled that you spoke to him.

I dreamed yesterday that i was in the class and i was talking and joking around with my crush as we usually do irl then out of no where she kissed me and then she smiled at me and i was red as a tomato and saying some nonsense like am sooooo high and then when of my ex crushes when i was with her next she also kissed me out of nowhere which resulted in making me look more drunker lol and my crush just kept looking at me and smiling and i was like what? But damn she kisses like an angel *ugh i wanna try it irl but am bi and she’s straight hmph*

I had a dream last night until I woke up this morning. It is very clear. Ive dreamt about my former crush (also former workmate/colleague/friend). The scenery happens before my birthday and Ive invited my former colleagues including him. Then after their working hours, we rode their shuttle service and I suddenly forget the grocery in the company. I went down the bus then when I turn, my crush was going with me.. then he suddenly became so sweet, embracing me at the back, holding my hands.. I honestly just think of him yesterday for only a few minutes because I do invite them for tomorrow’s celebration of my birthday (in real life). But I dont think about him before i go to sleep. And he also got a family now since I left the company..

Laat night I had a dream about this guy I have liked over the years and we never really went there. He had taken me out on a couple of dates but that was it and then it all fizzled out. Recently I questioned him about it after reuniting with him after 2 years. and he said he doesn’t want a relationship was pretty obvious, although we kissed that night and danced when were out. I have been thinking about him a lot since that time which was over a month ago. He’s not someone I talk to everyday as he is generally not good at replying, although over the weekend we had.an ongoing conversation on messenger….In my dream we were with other people watching tv he was behind me then suddenly I leant over to kiss him as he wanted to kiss and I kissed him he kissed me a few more times but it was more intimate this time and we hugged and was so lovely. I had a dream where I took my crush and showed him around my hometown, the school I studied, my old friends and all. We both know we love each other but officially we didn’t had the courage to put that in light. Everyone of my people were like “Cool! You finally won him!” After spending time at my place, suddenly things turned out and we both were in Paris before the Eiffel Tower under a pinkish sky, almost evening and the people were scattered around in motion. I was walking ahead and suddenly he pulled me by my hands, lifted me high before the Tower and said that he can’t keep hiding his love and kissed my lips before everyone. This was my dream but one year later, I came across the same view of the Pinkish Paris from my dream in a picture from Google but I actually wasn’t searching for any of that. What is it all about? It wasn’t just last night when I dream about my crush. The dreams about him are continuous but irregular. In ALL of them we don’t talk or do anything. I had a dream about my crush the other night. He already knows that I like him. In my dream, we were texting and he told me “why do you keep texting me? Can’t you understand that I do not like you? At least I don’t let my self fall for you, because I know I can’t have you!” (We study in different cities now and I haven’t seen him since August ‘18).
I also had a dream about him 1 month ago.
He came to visit. We were in my apartment and I was laying on the sofa and he was sitting next to me. I looked up the ceiling and it was full of post it notes. I asked what those were and he said that it was a way to express how he feels about me, that I should have told him that I liked him. And that I should have laid down with him on his bed where we were in a summer camp together. Then, he leaned on me to kiss me, but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to, so that’s when I woke up.

Last night, I dreamed of my crush. We were gathered in an event and we were casually hanging around. Then, I took out my phone to snap a photo and I called him to get in the photo. I only wanted half of our face in it so I asked him to get closer. All of a sudden, I felt his lips on my cheek then as I took a snap, his lips were already on my lips. I was blushing and we both pulled away. But I looked at him again and I gently kissed him again. That was the end.
