We’ve already looked at the male actors under 20 you’ll need to keep an eye for in 2015 and beyond and now we feel that its only fair to draw our attention to the beautiful and very talented hot female actresses under 20 too!

With the likes of Dakota Fanning come out as child stars, and even Drew Barrymore in the hit film E.T., it seems that the younger the actor, the more critically acclaimed they are going to be so it just makes sense to keep your eyes peeled for the following 20 girlies we have coming up!

Without keeping you waiting any further, here are the 20 hot female actresses under 20 in 2015:

1 – Kiernan Shipka

Age: 15 – November 10th, 1999 in Illinois, US

Best Known For: Did you ever see the AMC TV series called Mad Men? Well, Kieran Shipka played the part of Sally in that – Betty and Don Draper’s daughter. She also played Jinora in the TV show The Legend of Korra from 2012 onwards. There was the 2010 movie Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore too!

2015 Will Bring: As well as continuing with the Mad Men TV show, there are no fewer than three movies coming out in 2015. Firstly there’s One and Two in which she plays Eva alongside Grant Bowler. There’s Fan Girl also coming out too and Meg Ryan will also star in this movie! February is the third and final announced film and this horror will also star Emma Roberts in a movie set in a boarding school for girls which automatically screams terror, doesn’t it?

2 – Bella Thorne

Age: 17 – October 8th, 1997 in Florida, US

Best Known For: The Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore film called Blended (2014) starred Bella Thorne and she was also in the TV series Shake It Up too. She was also in Wizards of Waverly Place for an episode back in 2010.

2015 Will Bring: Well, a lot really. There are two TV series – K.C. Undercover, and Scream in which she plays the lead role of Nina. There’s another scary movie too – Amityville: The Awakening which will see her playing the part of Belle, and the final film – The DUFF, a comedy about the Designated Ugly Fat Friend (just as the name suggests!)

3 – Liana Liberato

Age: 19 – August 20th, 1995 in Texas, US

Best Known For: There was the most recent 2014 film If I Stay, and the 2012 film Erased. In the same year she was in Stuck in Love and for a couple of episodes, she played Tristan Oswald in the hit TV show Sons of Anarchy which we here at Herinterest absolute love! We were devastated to find out Charlie Hunnam was no longer going to be the delectable Christian Grey in the up and coming movie Fifty Shades of Grey! We are sure Jamie Doonan will do a fine job though! 😉

2015 Will Bring: There are two movies coming out in 2015 starring Liana Liberato – Life at These Speeds and Dear Eleanor. The latter also stars Jessica Alba, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Luke Wilson and Josh Lucas so definitely keep your eyes peeled for that one!

4 – Elena Kampouris

Age: There is no known date of birth for this starlet online but she is under 20 and usually plays roles 14-17 years old.

Best Known For: She was in the 2013 film Labor Day and also the TV show Gossip Girl briefly. There were two movies out in 2014 too – Men, Women & Children and The Cobbler.

2015 Will Bring: Odyssey is a TV movie coming out in 2015 and will see her playing the part of Maya Drucker. British star Anna Friel is also said to be in this show!

5 – Sasha Pieterse

Age: 18 – February 17th, 1996 in Johannesburg, South Africa

Best Known For: She was in the hit TV show Pretty Little Liars as Alison DiLaurentis from 2010 to now, and she also had a brief spell in Hawaiii Five-O too. Plus there was the TV show Heroes, the 2011 film X-Men: First Class and even House M.D! There’s plenty of stuff under her belt!

2015 Will Bring: There’s a film out in 2015 called Burning Bodhi which not only stars Sasha Pieterse but also Kaley Cuoco from The Big Bang Theory too! We’re excited for this film and have been following the pictures Kaley’s been releasing on her Instagram page!

6 – Aubrey Peeples

Age: 21 – November 27th, 1993 in Florida, US (Not technically under 20 but only just… We will allow her on here!)

Best Known For: Did you watch the (pretty bad) 2013 film Sharknado? Well, Aubrey Peeples was in that movie. She was also in the 2012 film Nashville and the 2014 movie Rage too!

2015 Will Bring: She’s been busy recently (another reason we feel she belongs on the list) and there are two amazing-sounding movies coming out for 2015. A Conversation: Anne Frank Meets God is a drama that we are eagerly awaiting, plus there’s Jem and the Holograms too – Juliette Lewis and Molly Ringwald are also starring in the movie.

7 – Isabelle Fuhrman

Age: 17 – February 25th, 1997 in Washington DC, US

Best Known For: She was the really creepy girl in the 2009 movie Orphan and she also starred in the 2012 hit The Hunger Games as Clove. Plus there was the 2007 movie Hounddog too.

2015 Will Bring: She’s in Dear Eleanor alongside Liana Liberato, plus One Night and Cell – both of the latter movies are in post-production.

8 – Jacqueline Emerson

Age: 20 – August 21st, 1994 in Washington DC, US

Best Known For: Another young starlet that appeared in The Hunger Games, Jacqueline Emerson can also be seen in The Father of the Bride TV series back in 2004 and a short that came out recently this year – The Night is Ours.

2015 Will Bring: There is one movie due out for this starlet towards the end of 2014 / beginning of 2015 and that is The Curse of Downers Grove. She plays the part of Eyde in this hit, also starring Lucas Till and Kevin Zegers.

9 – Kaitlyn Dever

Age: 18 – December 21st, 1996 in Arizona, US

Best Known For: There was the 2011 hit J. Edgar also starring Leonardo DiCaprio, and Last Man Standing, a TV show. You may also remember her in Bad Teacher which came out in 2011. It would appear that year was a busy one for this hot, young actress.

2015 Will Bring: As well as being spotted in Last Man Standing, you’ll also find Kaitlyn Dever in a couple of movies. One of these is Grass Stains, a drama following kids and death, and as Lily Green in The Green’s Are Gone which will also star Anton Yelchin.

10 – Abigail Breslin

Age: 18 – April 14th, 1996 in New York, US

Best Known For: Well, there’s quite a list considering she’s so young. There was the 2006 hit Little Miss Sunshine, the 2009 Zombieland, 2002 saw her in Signs and 2011 saw her in Rango. She was also in the 2009 movie My Sister’s Keeper and the 2011 hit New Year’s Eve too. What a busy girl!

2015 Will Bring: Busy as ever, Abigail Breslin has two movies (so far) set for release in 2015. Maggie sees her playing the lead role in the film that also has Arnold Schwarzenegger, Joely Richardson and Laura Cayouette appearing. Final Girl will also see her playing the part of Veronica in the movie about a bunch of teenage lads that try to initiate a girl into their group with consequences they probably weren’t prepared for!

11 – Hailee Steinfeld

Age: 18 – December 11th, 1996 in California, US

Best Known For: Did you see the 2010 movie True Grit? Well, Hailee Steinfeld was in that one. She was also in the 2013 Ender’s Game, the 2013 Begin Again, and the 2014 hit 3 Days to Kill. In fact, considering she’s just 18 she has no fewer than 20 acting credits to her name which is pretty amazing, right?

2015 Will Bring: FOUR movies are coming out in 2015 starring Hailee Steinfeld. Ten Thousand Saints, Term Life, Barely Lethal and Pitch Perfect 2… Sounds like it might be a good year, right?

12 – Peyton List

Age: 16 – April 6th, 1998 in California, US

Best Known For: She was in the TV show Jessie (and in fact, still is) and the 2008 film 27 Dresses too. Then there was the Ultimate Spider-Man TV series, Good Luck Charlie, and Austin & Ally too! She seems to love her TV work but when you see what’s coming out in 2015, you’ll soon see she’s branching out into more movies.

2015 Will Bring: The Outskirts is a movie due out in 2015 starring Hailee Steinfeld, and this movie will see her playing the role of Mackenzie in the comedy about exacting revenge on those high school bullies!

13 – Sophie Turner

Age: 18 – February 21st, 1996 in Northampton, UK

Best Known For: You’ll probably recognise this cute little face from the amazingly brilliant TV series Game of Thrones which everyone around the world fell in love with!

2015 Will Bring: She’s still starring in Game of Thrones of course, don’t worry about that. There’s a couple of movies coming out through – there’s Barely Lethal which we’ve mentioned a couple of times now, and also Mary Shelley’s Monster which we are looking forward to. She plays the lead in the film – Mary Shelley. We do love a good Frankenstein movie, that’s for sure!

14 – Dove Cameron

Age: 18 – January 15th, 1996 in Washington, US

Best Known For: There was the Liv and Maddie TV series which she’s been in for a couple of years now and there’s also The Mentalist in which she appeared briefly. There’s been a few TV movies over the last couple of years too, something she seems to continue with in 2015.

2015 Will Bring: Barely Lethal again! It seems that this movie might just hold the future young actresses of our time, doesn’t it? We are definitely going to need to keep an eye out for that film. Descendants is the TV movie you’ll need to watch out for too.

15 – Stefanie Scott

Age: 18 – December 6th, 1996 in Illinois, US

Best Known For: If you’ve seen the 2912 hit Wreck It Ralph, you’ll have heard her in that. She played Moppet Girl in the movie. She was also in the 2011 movie No Strings Attached too!

2015 Will Bring: There are four movies coming out in 2015 said to war this young actress. There’s Insidious: Chapter 3 which we will no doubt be watching from behind our hands… or a cushion! There’s also three others – Caught, Jem and the Holograms which we’ve already mentioned, and Life at These Speeds which again, we’ve already mentioned. It would appear that there are a couple of movies out in 2015 that star a lot of these kids!

16 – Chloe Grace Moretz

Age: 17 – February 10th, 1997 in Georgia, US

Best Known For: You’ll probably recognise Chloe Grace Moretz from the 2011 film Kick-Ass but there was also the 2011 hit Hugo, the 2013 Kick-Ass 2, the 2014 movie The Equalizer, and the 2013 movie Carrie.

2015 will Bring: There is one movie coming out in 2015 but there’s also another in 2016 too. Dark Places will be the first to be released and also stars Charlize Theron, Christina Hendricks and Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence’s ex, in the movie about a woman that survived the brutal murdering of her family. It sounds like it might just be a great watch. The second movie coming out the year after is called The Fifth Wave and will see her playing the part of Carrie Sullivan in the alien invasion themed film.

17 – Nicola Peltz

Age: 19 – January 5th, 1995 in New York, US

Best Known For: You’ll probably remember Nicola Peltz from the 2014 film Transformers: Age of Extinction or the 2010 film The Last Airbender. There have been a few others that you’ll want to check out if you haven’t already and quite like this young actress such as the 2006 film Deck the Halls.

2015 Will Bring: She’s been busy for 2014 so it doesn’t look as if there is anything up and coming for 2015 but there are reports of movies for the following years so make sure you keep your eyes out for this cutie.

18 – Elle Fanning

Age: 16 – April 9th, 1998 in Georgia, US

Best Known For: Well, aside from being the younger sister of the other famous child actress Dakota Fanning, Elle seems to be making her name all of her own with a couple of films under her belt. Most recently you will have spotted her in the 2014 hit also starring Angelina Jolie, Maleficent. She actually played Princess Aurora in this movie; one that we loved here at Herinterest. She was also in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button starring Brad Pitt which was released in 2008, as well as the family classic We Bought a Zoo in 2011 and the 2011 movie Super 8.

2015 Will Bring: Let’s just say that Elle Fanning has been a very busy girl and has a string of movies coming out over the next couple of years – Trumbo and Three Generations are two films to watch out for in 2015 and the year after, 2016, will see the following being released – Ballerina, How to Talk to Girls at Parties, A Storm in the Stars, Live by Night and All the Bright Places.

19 – Willow Shields

Age: 14 – June 1st, 2000 in New Mexico, US

Best Known For: One of the youngest on this list, Willow Shields is best known for her role in the 2012 film The Hunger Games, and the two following films form that – The Hunger Games: Catching Fire in 2013 and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 in 2014.

2015 Will Bring: As well as The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 due out in 2015 which will see her returning as Primrose Everdeen, the sister of Jennifer Lawrence’s character in the movies, there’s also A Fall from Grace coming out and even two more – The Wonder and Conversations with Andy.

20 – Amandla Stenberg

Age: 16 – October 23rd, 1998 in New Jersey, US

Best Known For: Another Hunger Games cutie, she played Rue in the first movie but there have been a couple more hits too such as Rio 2 in 2014 and Sleepy Hollow in 2013, a TV series that was pretty popular.

2015 Will Bring: Although there are no movies coming out in 2015 which this little starlet, there is a TV show that we think you should have a look at. Mr. Robinson will see her playing the part of Haley in the comedy.
