27 year old English actress and model, Rosie Alice Huntington-Whiteley, was born on the 18th of April, 1987 in Devon, England. She’s bagged one of Hollywood’s hottest hunks as her boyfriend, and her and Jason Statham sure do make the cutest of couples, don’t you think?

There are a few tricks that Rosie uses in order to keep her Angel-worthy body in tip-top shape, and just one of the tricks she was eager to divulge to Harpers Bazaar just a couple of months back, was that she tried to drink one litre of water, within an hour of waking up, every morning.

After a good night’s sleep, your mouth, body and mind are in desperate need of hydration, so the H2o greatly benefits you when you first wake, and it gets your digestive system moving right from the second you open your eyes, keeping everything in great shape. Plus, we all know that drinking plenty of water is a great way of detoxing our bodies – flushing that excess waste and bad stuff out of our bodies, and generally cleansing everything from the inside out. Not just that, lots of water is great for sending vital nutrients to your skin, hair, and other parts of your body, and when they are nicely hydrated, they will be super healthy and look / feel great too.

She’s the new face of Coca Cola Life – the healthiest of Coca Cola products, and although she likes a glass of fizzy pop every now and again, she tries to keep her consumption to a bare minimum in order to banish bloating and keep that super slim, flat stomach she is now well-known for. You need a super-flat tummy to get away with wearing those teeny-tiny bikini’s and lingeries sets, that’s for sure!

Choosing water over fizzy drinks is a great idea if you want a body to die for. The gas in fizzy drinks isn’t good for your insides, and neither is the excess sugar that those drinks often contain. Plus, your teeth will be whiter and in better condition when you lose the fizzy goodness and go for something much healthier.

As well as making sure she drinks a litre of water first thing in the morning, another tip Rosie suggests you try is to always have a healthy breakfast. The most important meal of the day deserves to be one of the healthiest, so try something that the model enjoys, such as scrambled eggs with spinach, orange juice, egg white omelettes, or even grapefruit?

She maintains her healthy diet with a great exercise regime that involves pilates among other exercises – dance classes, her personal trainer of over five years, and more.

She’s not really able to fit in a workout every day of the year, mostly because of her busy schedule, but that doesn’t stop her fitting it in when she can, and on her days off, Rosie loves nothing more than to spend it in the great outdoors.

Hiking, going to the gym with friends, yoga, pilates, walking, jogging, swimming – anything this girl can do to keep herself active. When she’s in the gym, or working out at home, she tries to keep up with high intensity resistance training that works her muscles as well as burning off fat, giving her that figure she has become very well-known, and very lusted after for!

Of course, we’re not all blessed with a body that a Victoria’s Secret model would be proud of, but if you learn anything from this, it’s that you need to drink waaaaay more water than you do right now! You’ll be amazed at the results you’ll see, not only on the bloating around your gut, but also on your digestive system, your skin, the way your hair looks and feels, and more. Plus, you’ll have bags more energy, and your eyes won’t look so dark and sunken. If all it takes is drinking more water, why aren’t you doing it? It clearly works for Rosie Huntington-Whiteley!
